How can I book your staff for my event?

Simply click on our “Contact Us” page and send us an email with as many details about your event as possible.

How far in advance should I book?

While we are sometimes able to staff events on short notice, we encourage you to contact us at least two weeks in advance to ensure the availability of our wait staff. We are very busy at certain times of the year, so to avoid inconvenience, please book as soon as possible.

What Information do you need to get a quote?

We ask for location, ceremony time, dinner time, exit time, the estimated guest count, services needed, disposables or rentals and any expectations for the staff.

Can you help us pick out rentals?

We can absolutely help pick out and reserve your rentals. We do have some of our own rentals as well, just let us know what your looking for.

Do you have bar tops or rental bars?

Absolutely!Event Staffing Tulsa Bartenders can bring a rented mobile bar with them if reserved in advance. EST has a couple of options, you can choose which look you like best!

How much time should I allow for set-up?

The wait staff will need at least 1.5 hour, before your event starts to set up a cocktail reception and 2 hours for a plated meal or a buffet. Allow 1 hour following the event for break down.

Does your staff need our directions or can we just turn the party over to them?

Our staff can run your event from start to finish.

Can you come set up food my friends/relatives made?

Absolutely! This is our specialty. EST works with anyone and our common goal is to present it and serve it flawlessly for you and your guests!


Should I tip the wait staff after the party?

Tipping is not expected, but it is always appreciated. If, you feel like you want to tip your staff, you can always do it directly, after the finished event.

What should I do, if my event gets longer than was expected, and I need wait staff for additional hours?

Our quote is based on 4 hour minimum reservation. However, Standard rate of $40 per hour apply for additional time. Should you foresee longer hours, please notify us in advance.

Do you travel outside of Tulsa?

ABSOLUTLEY! Rates do apply for locations out of our typical service area. We have served in OKC, NWA, Stillwater, Norman and more! We love to bring the good time to you!

Will you cut the wedding cake?

ABSOLUTLEY! Event Staffing Tulsa loves to relieve the stress of the wedding cake cutting for all involved. We are quick and efficient.

Is your staff licensed?

ABSOLUTLEY! All Event Staffing Tulsa contractors have up to date Food Handlers Permits and the Bartenders are all licensed through the Oklahoma Able Commission as well as insured.

What will the staff wear?

Event Staffing Tulsa's dress code is all black dressy casual. If your event requires a particular uniform, arrangements can be made.

How many staff do I need for my event?
