Thank you for choosing Event Staffing Tulsa to serve you and your guests! We love what we do and can not wait to be apart of your event. Here is a little more information on the rules and guidelines of having a licensed and insured bartender…
*Event Staffing Tulsa will not severe any alcohol until the scheduled bar opening time.
*We I.D.
*We do have mobile bars available to rent with our Tulsa Bartending service.
*All alcohol must be purchased by the host and served by the bartender only.
*The provided alcohol will be kept at the bar and under the bartenders supervision for the duration of the event.
*Event Staffing Tulsa will happily serve whatever you choose to provide your guests!
*If anyone serves themselves or others against the will of the bartender then the liquor liability is voided.
*If Event Staffing Tulsa is bringing ICE purchased by the host then that ice is only for use at the bar.
*KEGS please let us know yo expect these, EST is not responsible for the ice or containers to keep cool. Be sure to rent a tap or we can supply one for an additional $10.
*Shots are frowned upon at almost all venues and will be discouraged.
*All payments made to EST are non-refundable.
*Event Staffing Tulsa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears too intoxicated to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all in attendance.
*Event Staffing Tulsa is not responsible for any individuals who may become intoxicated or for any damages that may be caused by an intoxicated guest.
*Event Host is liable for any and all alcohol related injuries or accidents following the event.
